Telephone Services

CeT Services Ltd are able to provide a full range of Telephone services for both Residential and Business customers.

If you wish to have a single provider for your telephone, broadband & computer/network CeT Services Ltd is the ideal partner for you. If you have anything you wish to discuss, you get to talk to a real person, who will try to ensure you get the right services.

If you transfer you telephone to us, you keep your number, and the transfer takes about 10 days.

The basic home phone line service is £11.25 per month inclusive of VAT, this includes free evening and weekend calls, to 01,02,03, 0845 & 0870 numbers, the free period is limited to 60 minutes, over this, calls are charged at standard rate. But hang up before the 60^th minute and redial and they remain free. 300 international minutes to the top 20 International countries are also included; there period limit is 30 minutes, hang up and redial to retain the free service.

The above service can be extended to “Anytime”, not just evenings and weekends for an additional monthly fee of £5 per month inclusive.

We suggest that if you make any calls in the day, you go for the “Anytime” service, so all your calls except mobiles, other 08 numbers and 09’s are included.

As with your Broadband, all details of calls and billing are online and are never removed, this enables you to see what your call levels/costs are and change your type of account quickly and easily you are in control of the package. So if you wish to start of with Ev & Wkends and then change to Anytime this is quite simple and just a call to ourselves.

Once received, we will migrate your phone number over and complete the transfer, normally about 10 days.
