PC's and Peripherals

CeT Services have built up relationships with a number of key suppliers & are able to obtain high quality hardware & peripherals at very competitive prices. If you have a support contract with CeT you can take advantage of these prices.

REMOTE SUPPORT & Training.

We are able to access your computer remotely . Assuming it has an internet connection. You can see everything we do, so we can evaluate your machine to see if an upgrade is needed or can be done, check if you have a virus or malware. Network your computers together, show you how to do something or just provide general training.

Most services are charged at £1 per minute + vat, training is charged at £0.50 per minute. We try to keep all calls as short as possible, and any training session is normally never more than 10 minutes. We invoice you after the work or training is done. We do not take fees up front like many providers, if you did not think the work was done to your satisfaction, then do not pay the invoice.
